Refund Policy for Bottled Mocktails
At Eventsbylush, our bottled mocktails are freshly made to order using premium ingredients, including fresh juices. Due to their perishable nature, please review our refund policy below:
Refund & Exchange Eligibility
- Refunds or exchanges are only available for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery to ensure product quality.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Opened, consumed, or tampered bottles.
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
- Requests made beyond the 24-hour window.
- Change of mind after purchase.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
- Email us at info@eventsbylush.ca with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
- If approved, a replacement or partial refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase, as they are freshly prepared.
- Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy for Eventsbylush Experiences
At Eventsbylush, we are committed to providing exceptional service and a seamless event experience. Due to the preparation and customization involved in our Experiences, please review our refund policy below:
Retainer & Payment Terms
- A 60% retainer is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event.
- Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event if rescheduled at least 14 days in advance.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 45+ days before the event: Eligible for full refund of payments made (excluding retainer).
- Cancellations made 30 days before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund of payments made (excluding retainer).
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: No refunds will be issued due to the preparation and staffing commitments already made.
- Rescheduling Policy
- Events may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.
- Rescheduled events must take place within 6 months of the original date.
- Additional reschedules will incur a $100 change fee.
Refund Exceptions
In the rare case that Eventsbylush must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit towards a future event will be provided.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate event details (date, time, location). Changes requested less than 7 days before the event may not be accommodated.
- Venue & Permits: If your venue requires special permits or licenses for alcohol service, the client must obtain them in advance. Eventsbylush is not responsible for venue-related cancellations.
- Guest Count Adjustments: Final guest count must be confrmed 10 days prior to the event. Reductions after this period will not be eligible for price adjustments.
- Force Majeure: Eventsbylush is not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule where possible.
- Late Payments: Failure to pay the final balance on time may result in cancellation without refund.
